We are proud to have a beautiful collection of sacred artwork at Sacred Heart Parish! Our collection includes replicas of some of the most famous Catholic artwork from across the world. We are extremely grateful for this gift, as all of the artwork was donated to the church by an anonymous Sacred Heart parishioner.
For centuries, artists have been interested in and inspired by the lives of Christ, the Virgin Mary, and the saints. It is fascinating to see how those artists interpret the stories and people of the Bible and then portray them in their artwork. These religious paintings help us visualize the truths Jesus taught, even more so when you contemplate and study the original images firsthand. You can find meaning behind every masterpiece! Such art has inspired generations of men and women to be more faithful to the teachings of our Lord.
